    XIMPEX is registered

    Proprietorship, Pune. Starts as a small consulting and trading firm. Builds the back-office, the GSTIN, the bank relationships.

  2. 2022

    First marketing engagements

    A handful of SMB friends ask for help. SEO, GBP, ads. The work is good. The reporting is a Google Sheet.

  3. 2024

    Models get good enough

    The internal tooling — drafts, audits, ad variants — starts beating the freelance bench on speed and consistency. The Google Sheet stops scaling.

  4. 2026 · Q1

    Exporado/OS — first private build

    The platform comes together. Request → split → draft → receipt. Three lighthouse clients run on it end-to-end for two quarters.

    Exporado opens to new clients

    Trade name launches publicly. Operating under XIMPEX — same proprietor, same GSTIN, same compliance, different brand and specialism.
